PumaSync/IntelliSync (formerly XTND Connect) always works a treat for me and many others.

Additionally it can be loaded to Sync up Mobile Phones, Outllok, Windows CE etc etc. Plus it will even allow you to sync those applicatiosn directly. i.e. Outllok with Notes. It was a life saver for my last project migrating Exchange/Outlook to Domino/Notes. Had some tricky conat lists...
